Today on Love Your Bodd we are going to talk about why you are SO AFRAID to succeed! I'll give you some tools to BANISH your fears by using self-love, self-esteem, self-worth, and compassion.
First things first, I talk a lot about where you get your validation. In this episode I only speak about people we get validation from in the form of direct relationships but I wanted to make a note that you might also seek validation through things like the scale, social media, and other external forces. The tools I give you in this episode can also help you get rid of the need to seek validation from those other external forces as well.

1:30pm-2:30pm- A really-real group discussion about New Year's Resolutions!
At F.I.T. 4 All, we believe in approaching the New Year in a way that is sustainable, enjoyable, and body positive. Through this discussion, we will chat, laugh, and work our way through the muck that comes with personal goal setting. We'll provide prompts and small activities that ensure everyone is engaged and taking something positive away from this conversation. We may break into small groups depending on attendance. Either way, discussions will be led by Caitlin Steitzer and Megan Meadows (of the Work it Out! podcast) AND Caitie Corradino and James Rose (of the F.I.T.spo podcast).
2:30pm-3:30pm- Move, sweat, and catch good vibes in a Dance Fitness Party!
This portion of the event open with an energizing stretch and warm-up, then we will move into a dance-based fitness class. The class will incorporate upbeat music, easy-to-follow choreography, and body-strengthening moves. Multiple options for movements will be provided; this class will welcome every body. This portion of the event will be led by will be led by F.I.T. 4 All community memebers Heather Boddy and Katie-Rose Nunziato.
3:30-4pm- Closing session with Global Shapers NYC!
The Global Shapers are focused on breaking the silence around mental health struggles and are comitted to providing an open, safe space where you can dare to lead your most vulnerable self. In time for the New Year, we hope you will walk away from this closing discussion knowing you’re never alone, there are always resources, and you have a supportive community.

Hi Lovers! Megan Yelaney is BACK! YAY!! She's been on the podcast a couple times before - her first full episode is titled "Protect Your Mind" and in that interview we dive deep into her journey with exercise and becoming a health/fitness coach.

3. TRY TO GO IT ALONE: Accountability is KEY. Having others to help you out is not only awesome motivation but it also makes the process more FUN!

This week Heather tries something a little non-traditional for Love Your Bodd. Based on reflection of how much she has grown in the past year as a fitness instructor, Heather decided to share some of her top tips for GOAL CRUSHING!
